About Us

The Cocke County Partnership is a service-based organization consisting of: the Newport/Cocke County Economic Development Commission, the Newport/Cocke County Chamber of Commerce and the Newport/Cocke County Tourism Council. The purpose of the Cocke County Partnership is to enhance the county's economic climate.

The Cocke County Partnership serves as the Anchor Institute for Cocke County Cradle to Career Coalition (C-5). In support of C-5s collective impact work, the Partnership works closely with Save the Children to maintain a structure that can support several roles, including serving as fiscal agent, housing the partnership, supporting personnel, convening various partners, and managing external communications about the Coalition
